  • Ran the design-control documentation system for FDA regulatory compliance, with incoming and outgoing records tracked, filed and maintained to ISO 13485.
  • Wrote design specification guidelines in line with FDA medical-device procedures.
  • Produced specifications and drawings for an interbody cervical system, an interbody lumbar system and a stem-cell extraction device.

Engineering Technician, Tyco Electronics

Berwyn, Pennsylvania · $13B global electronic components provider · Promoted from AutoCAD Technician (1997) through Testing & QA Technician (1999) to Engineering Technician (2003)

  • Designed mobile-phone connector applications that led to over $6M in departmental sales in 2008.
  • Established the drafting department's AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER procedures and maintained all resulting documentation, including a database of 10,000+ drawings.
